ROBO ARETE is a robotics company specializing in the F&B industry, founded in 2018. The company aims to address challenges arising from rising labor costs and workforce shortages by developing robotics systems for automated food preparation. ROBO ARETE’s first project focused on developing an automated frying robot system capable of frying all kinds of food items. To validate and enhance this technology, ROBO ARETE operates the fried chicken brand, “Robert Chicken,” where the system is put into practical use. ROBO ARETE had internalized system integration features, enabling the provision of site-specific robots at a relatively lower cost.
