Japan Association for Cellular Agriculture (JACA) is a non-profit think tank based in Japan, to focus on policy-making to make cultivated food sellable in Japan, and it has domestic and international 50+ membership corporates and academia. JACA is the administrator of the "Cellular Agriculture Working Team" under the Food-tech Public-Private Council, hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries. JACA communicates with Ministries, politicians, existing meat industry players, consumer organizations, and other various business and public players to facilitate public-private communications for the industry.
