At Agri-Food Tech Expo Asia (AFTEA) 2025, sustainability isn’t just discussed – it’s experienced. This year, we’ve partnered with Google and Compass to bring The Conscious Plate to the exhibition floor: a live dining showcase that demonstrates how culinary creativity, responsible sourcing, and mindful choices can help build more sustainable and nutritious food systems.

Google’s food philosophy is rooted in the belief that what we eat impacts not only our well-being but also the health of the planet. In partnership with Compass Singapore, The Conscious Plate translates this ethos into inventive menus designed to inspire, nourish, and reduce environmental impact.
