Pensees Inc. is a Korean bio start-up aiming to launch the world first whole-cut cell cultured beef product based on a bio-printing technology. The company has developed a mass producible Korean beef cell cultured meat with meat-like shape & texture. It has developed a dedicated bio-printing technology for a whole-cut cell cultured meat production, including equipment, materials. It also has developed an advanced bio reactor with higher cell culture efficiency for economic production. Currently the company is developing HMR (Home Meal Replacement) products in collaboration with a Korean food company and is focusing on launching the products in 2024
